They Made Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Enterprise, And Windows 7 Ultimate Computer Operating Systems For Sale On Windows 7 Retail DVD Computer Operating System Installation Disks But They Seem To Have Forgotten About A Retail Windows 7 Starter Installation Disk Set.
The Bottom Line Is It's Very Difficult To Get A Working, Genuine, Legit Windows 7 Starter Computer Operating System To Work With And Use To Install Windows 7 Starter To Any Type Of Windows 7 Starter Compatible Computer, Desktop, Notebook, Netbook, Ultrabook, Workstation, Computer Server, Virtual Machine Etc With.
All Other Versions Of Microsoft Windows 7 Are Easy To Find, Easy To Download, Easy To Buy, And Easy To Install To Your Windows 7 Computers Except Windows 7 Starter. It Appears Windows 7 Starter Was Simply Not Distributed To The Public The Same Way All Other Versions Of Microsoft Windows 7 Appear To Have Been.
Lucky For Us There Is An Easy Work Around. SNPC - Small Notebook PC's Usually Are Packaged And Sold With An OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer - Modified And Or Customized Version Of Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Pre Installed On The Computer Hard Drive And Configured With A Copy Of The Windows 7 Starter Installation Files Hidden In A Seperate Partition In Your Hard Drive.
While This Might Seem Like A Great Approach By Computer Manufacturers To Provide A Working And Functional Recovery System That Will Reinstall A Customized Version Of Windows 7 Starter This Is Simply Not A Replacement For A Legitimate And Authentic Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Computer Operating System Installation Disc And A Fresh Computer Operating System Installation Disc.
The Differences Between An Original Microsoft Windows 7 Computer Operating System Installation Disc And An OEM Modified Preinstallation Of Microsoft Windows 7 Computer Operating System Is That The Original Microsoft Windows 7 Computer Operating System Installation Disc Is The Original Release Version Provided By Microsoft To The Public And To Computer Manufacturers And The Preinstalled And Modified OEM Version Is Customized And Tallored For Each Specific Made And Model Of Machine. And You Typically Dont Get A Operating System Installation Disc.
Another Difference That Most Power Users Or Computer Savy Folks Might Pick Up On Is That The Original Installation Disc Installs To The Computer Hard Drive On One Or Two Partitions - Depending On The Size Of The Hard Disk Drive Storage Space - While The OEM Customized Versions Install Onto 3 Partitions And Copy Over The Operating System Installation Files To A Locked And Hidden Partition That Users Cant Typically Use Outside Of The Restoration Space.
